Month of Arcolnets: Did you notice a pattern?

Almost every post of pairs of Arcolnets in the Month of Arcolnets followed a pattern. Did you notice it?

Here are the Arcolnets from the second Friday, February 11. (Click on them to see larger versions.) Look carefully at both and see if notice a significant difference between them, aside from the obvious color differences. The answer is below the images.

The difference is that “Threaded Cords” visualizes the ends of the lines (the nodes in the network) with the black and orange circles, while “Lost Perspective” does not visualize the ends of the lines in a particular way (in other words, it doesn’t visualize the nodes).

All of the pairs of Arcolnets throughout the Month of Arcolnets followed this pattern: nodes shown in the left-hand side one, but not in the right-hand side one. Well, almost all. There was one pair that didn’t follow that pattern. Did you notice it? Can you find it?
