A little something extra …
In the introduction to the Month of Arcolnets, I used a little bit of a menu theme, so I thought I’d finish off in a similar way. A lagniappe in New Orleans, and elsewhere, is the term for something extra, typically food, given for free as part of larger item. So consider this triptych of Arcolnets as a lagniappe to the Month of Arcolnets. The title is a reference/homage to Piet Mondrian‘s Broadway Boogie Woogie (St. James is a park here in San José).
